The Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) has cited Article 66.4 following the overturning of U.S. striker Folarin Balogun's suspension.

The RBFA responded to the ruling by referencing Article 66.4, which states that a sending-off automatically incurs a suspension from the subsequent match.
