The Bears' 59-37 victory over the Panthers on Sunday marked the highest-scoring Week 1 game in NFL history with 96 total points.

The previous record for highest-scoring Week 1 game was 88 points, set by the Buccaneers' 48-40 win over the Saints in 2018. The 59-37 score was also a first in NFL history, and while it marked the most points both the Bears and Panthers have scored in a game, it wasn't the highest-scoring game in NFL history - that record remains the 105 points scored by the Rams and Chiefs in 2018. asg-reflektory.pl
