Jaguars Pick Up Fifth-Year Option on OT Anton Harrison

The Jacksonville Jaguars have exercised the fifth-year contract option on offensive tackle Anton Harrison, keeping him under contract through the 2027 season.

General manager James Gladstone confirmed the move at the NFL's annual meeting in Phoenix, securing the 27th overall pick of the 2023 draft for at least one more year.

Harrison has started all 48 regular season games he has played for the Jaguars, though rumors previously suggested a potential shift to left tackle. Gladstone noted the team is in "striking distance" on contract extensions for Harrison and other young players like Travon Walker and Parker Washington.
