Blue Jays Option Little, Estrada; Add Voth, Mantiply

The Toronto Blue Jays made several roster adjustments on Sunday, optioning relievers Brendon Little and Lazaro Estrada to Triple-A Buffalo. In return, the team called up right-hander Austin Voth and lefty Joe Mantiply.

The Blue Jays also addressed their pitching depth by placing Cody Ponce on the 60-day Injured List due to a knee injury and outfielder Anthony Santander on the 60-day IL.
