Bayern Munich captain Joshua Kimmich admitted he feels a heavy responsibility for the club's inability to beat Real Madrid in recent Champions League knockout stages. He highlighted that the team has lost five consecutive elimination matches against the Spanish side since 2017.

Regarding Harry Kane's fitness, Kimmich stated he expects the striker to be fit for the Bernabeu encounter, declaring, "He will play even in a wheelchair."
