Eldridge nets 2 as Fleet finish 5‑straight win

Jessie Eldridge scored twice to help the Boston Fleet beat the Vancouver Goldeneyes 5‑1, capping the 16‑game Takeover Tour and keeping the team one point behind Montreal.

Boston (14-5-2-4) capped the PWHL Takeover Tour with a 5‑1 victory over Vancouver (7-1-4-14), securing its fifth consecutive win. Eldridge’s two goals, including a power‑play marker, were complemented by a short‑handed goal from captain Megan Keller and a goal from Jamie Lee Rattray. Goaltender Aerin Frankel stopped 28 shots for her 17th win, tying league leader Renée Desbiens. The Fleet’s penalty kill, the league’s best at 88%, neutralized all five Goldeneyes power plays.
