Who are the Buccaneers free agency targets in Fox's latest top-100

Fox Sports NFL writer Greg Auman recently released his ranking of the top 100 available free agents for 2026, including projected landing spots. Within that list, three names were tied to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers: two potential outside additions and one familiar face.

At No. 97, Auman predicts running back Tyler Allgeier could sign with Tampa Bay. The former Falcon has operated behind Bijan Robinson the past three seasons but remains a dependable option. After a 1,000-yard rookie year, Allgeier has averaged 4.3 yards per carry while handling a secondary role behind Bijan Robinson. Auman noted the potential connection to Buccaneers offensive coordinator Zac Robinson, who previously worked in Atlanta, and highlighted Allgeier’s 18 career touchdowns as proof he can be trusted near the goal line.

Ranked No. 34, linebacker Nakobe Dean was also projected to land with the Buccaneers. Dean has shown playmaking ability when healthy, including a 128-tackle season in 2024 and seven sacks over the past two years. Durability questions linger, but his versatility would fit Todd Bowles’ defensive approach. Dean has also called defensive plays in his career as well as in college so the stars really can align with this signing.

Auman also listed Mike Evans at No. 15, projecting the veteran receiver ultimately re-signs in Tampa Bay as he weighs retirement or outside interest.
