The 2026 NFL Draft preparation kicks into high gear this week with the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, where NFL front office, coaches and scouts will gather to watch some of the top prospects in this draft class.
General manager Ryan Poles and head coach Ben Johnson will be two of several representatives for the Chicago Bears, who have needs at defensive tackle, edge rusher, safety and left tackle. The NFL Combine will give Poles, Johnson and their team an opportunity to meet with these prospects for the first time during the pre-draft process.
But before that, Poles and Johnson will meet with the media in attendance to field questions heading into the NFL Combine and just a few weeks before free agency kicks into gear. They're not likely to reveal much, if anything, about their plans, but there could be some nuggets to take away.
When will Ryan Poles and Ben Johnson meet with media at NFL Combine?
General manager Ryan Poles and head coach Ben Johnson will meet with the media on Tuesday, Feb. 24. Poles will be up first at 9:15 a.m. CT with Johnson following later at 10:30 a.m. CT. Stay tuned to Bears Wire for all of the latest coming from Poles and Johnson at the NFL Combine.
