Duren with 26 points, 13 rebounds in return, Pistons top Bulls 126-110 for 5th straight win
CHICAGO (AP) — Jalen Duren had 26 points and 13 rebounds in his return from a suspension to help the Detroit Pistons take charge in the second half and roll to a 126-110 victory over the Chicago Bulls on Saturday night.
Cade Cunningham added 18 points, 13 assists and nine rebounds to narrowly miss his 15th career triple-double as the Pistons won their fifth straight game. Tobias Harris also had 18 points and Duncan Robinson added 17 for league-leading Detroit (42-13), which dealt Chicago its season-high eighth straight loss.
Duren helped establish Detroit’s dominance after sitting out two games for his role in a fight at Charlotte on Feb. 9. He got a technical foul in this one for casually dropping the ball on the face of Chicago’s Nick Richards in the third quarter while Richards was down on the floor.
Josh Giddey had 27 points on 10 for 16 shooting — including five 3-pointers — but the Bulls couldn't keep pace with the Pistons after trailing only 53-50 at the half. Matas Buzelis, Jalen Smith and Issac Okoro each added 15 as the Bulls committed 23 turnovers leading to 28 Detroit points.
Detroit outmuscled Chicago, scoring 68 points in the paint, compared to the Bulls 38. The Pistons had 26 on second chances and Chicago just 16.
The Bulls played without Jaden Ivey, who will be out two weeks with knee soreness after playing just four games with Chicago following a trade from Detroit. Anfernee Simons left the game with a left wrist injury
Bulls coach Billy Donovan was back on the bench after missing a game to attend his father’s funeral.
The Pistons led by no more than six points in a tight, scrappy first half. Detroit outscored Chicago 44-26 in third quarter and opened the lead to as much as 28.

UFC Houston Highlights! Uros Medic Sleeps Geoff Neal With Insane KO Punch
Uros “The Doctor” Medic wrote a prescription Geoff Neal couldn’t handle last night (Sat., Feb. 21, 2026) at UFC Houston LIVE on Paramount+ from inside Toyota Center in Houston, Tex., turning in a massive one-punch knockout early in the first round.
Despite coming off a brutal knockout loss to Carlos Prates his last time out, Neal was still a sizeable betting favorite over Medic heading into UFC’s return to “H-Town.” Neal has certainly fought the better competition throughout his UFC tenure, but Medic carried a 100% finish rate and was coming off back-to-back knockout wins. So even though the oddsmakers saw Neal as the go-to pick this co-main event clash was going to be closer than most expected.
Not only did Medic prove his worth, but he only needed 79 seconds to launch a perfectly-timed left hook that connected flush and instantly rendered Neal unconscious. Neal toppled to the canvas like a falling redwood and Medic walked off with one of the best knockouts 2026 will produce.

UFC books American Top Team stablemates for April main event
Two teammates will fight in the UFC Fight Night 272 main event.
American Top Team members Renato Moicano and Chris Duncan will throw down in a five-round bout April 4 at Meta APEX in Las Vegas, the promotion announced Saturday.
Moicano (20-7-1 MMA, 12-7 UFC) aims to snap a two-fight skid. Four straight wins and a last-second Arman Tsarukyan withdrawal landed him a title fight vs. Islam Makhachev in January 2025. However, Moicano was promptly submitted in Round 1. He returned in June and lost a unanimous decision to Beneil Dariush.
Duncan (15-2 MMA, 6-1 UFC) is on a roll with four straight victories including two performance-bonus showings against Bolaji Oki and Mateusz Rebecki. He most recently competed in December when he submitted Terrance McKinney in 2:30.
