Diaz: Liverpool Exit Was 'Good Decision'

Former Liverpool star Luis Diaz has defended his summer exit to Bayern Munich, insisting the £65 million move was a 'good decision' made with conviction.

The Colombian winger, who has flourished at Bayern with 19 goals and 15 assists this season, told Sky Germany that happiness for himself and his family was central to the move. 'When FC Bayern approached me, I knew from the very first moment that I wanted to make this move,' Diaz explained.

Despite Liverpool selling him with two years left on his contract during a transitional period under Arne Slot, Diaz appears settled in Germany. He praised teammate Harry Kane, calling him 'a machine' who 'really does everything well,' while acknowledging the cultural adaptation challenges, particularly with the language.
