Thunder's Gilgeous-Alexander ruled out at least one more week

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been ruled out for at least one more week due to an abdominal strain, sidelining him for the upcoming game in Toronto and the All-Star break.

The injury, suffered during a win over the Orlando Magic on Feb. 4, will keep the reigning MVP out until at least Feb. 24, meaning he will miss Tuesday's matchup in Toronto and the All-Star Game. Gilgeous-Alexander, currently the NBA's second-leading scorer at 31.8 points per game, is on a 121-game streak of scoring 20-plus points.

Additionally, the Thunder are dealing with more absences as fellow stars Jalen Williams (hamstring) and Ajay Mitchell (abdomen/ankle) are also sidelined for multiple weeks. Oklahoma City returns to action on Friday against the Brooklyn Nets.
