Kraken sign Meyers and Winterton to 2-year extensions

The Seattle Kraken have agreed to two-year contract extensions with forwards Ben Meyers and Ryan Winterton, keeping both players in the fold for the foreseeable future.

Meyers, 27, has five goals and six assists in 31 games this season. He has been sidelined since January with a lower-body injury but remains a versatile piece for the organization.

Meanwhile, 22-year-old Winterton enjoyed a breakout campaign with career-highs in goals (three) and assists (12). General manager Jason Botterill praised Winterton's speed and two-way game, officially signing him through the 2027-28 season.
