  • Since arriving at Bournemouth, Rayan (£5.6m) has produced an attacking return in all but one of his four appearances. He has had three goal attempts in each of the last three matches, averaging 6.0 points per start.
  • With his assist in Gameweek 27, Sunderland's Dan Ballard (£4.6m) produced his fourth attacking return of the campaign. This season, no defender has had more big chances the centre-back (eight).

Burnley v Brentford (15:00 GMT)

Lyle Foster is set to return after missing the Chelsea clash with an illness. Scott Parker has a number of first-team players missing still though, with Armando Broja and Axel Tuanzebe "a few weeks away".

Players out:Burnley - Broja, Tuanzebe, Tresor, Amdouni, Cullen, Beyer, Roberts Brentford - TBC

Doubts: Burnley - Foster

Key FPL notes:

  • Zian Flemming (£5.3m) scored in Gameweek 27 on his third start for Burnley since returning from a five-week injury layoff. One of his six goals this season came against Brentford in the reverse fixture back in Gameweek 13.
  • This season, only Erling Haaland (£14.8m) has scored more league goals than Brentford's Igor Thiago (£7.1m), although the Brazilian has only found the net once in the last six Gameweeks.

West Ham will be without Pablo Felipe due to a calf injury. Freddie Potts will serve the second game of his three-match suspension.

Players out:Liverpool - Bradley, Endo, Isak, Leoni, West Ham - Felipe, Potts

Doubts: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • Liverpool captain Virgil van Dijk (£6.0m) has produced attacking returns in each of the last two Gameweeks. Indeed, since Gameweek 24, only one defender has amassed more FPL points than the Dutchman's 32. He is the second-most transferred-in player ahead of Gameweek 28.
  • Among midfielders across the last six Gameweeks, none have made more passes into the penalty area (25) than Dominik Szoboszlai (£6.8m), who could be set to return to a creative midfield role with the return of Jeremie Frimpong (£5.7m) from injury. The Hungarian is the third-most transferred-in player this week.
  • Crysencio Summerville (£5.7m) has scored four goals in the last six Gameweeks. In the last four away matches, no midfielder has racked up more FPL points (30) than the West Ham winger.

Newcastle United v Everton (15:00 GMT)

Players out: TBC

Doubts: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • No defender has scored more than Newcastle's Malick Thiaw's (£5.0m) four goals this season.
  • Playing out of position up front, Newcastle's Anthony Gordon (£7.2m) has returned a goal and an assist in his last three outings. When filtered by the last six home matches, only one midfielder has registered a higher expected goal involvement (xGI) figure than his 5.07.
  • Everton centre-back James Tarkowski (£5.7m) has amassed 288 defensive contributions this season. This has earned him 34 defensive contribution points, which is only bettered by Marco Senesi (£4.9m) among defenders.

Leeds United v Manchester City (14:00 GMT)

Leeds will have Gabriel Gudmundsson available after he was forced off at half time against Aston Villa with illness.

Players out: Leeds - Okafor Manchester City - TBC

Doubts: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • Since Gameweek 21, only three players have created more big chances than the four of Leeds United's James Justin (£3.9m).
  • Antoine Semenyo (£8.1m) has produced five attacking returns (four goals, one assist) in the seven Gameweeks he has been at Manchester City. In that time, only one midfielder has scored more goals.
  • No defender has produced more FPL points in the last four Gameweeks than the 33 of City's Nico O'Reilly (£5.0m). He has produced three goals and a clean sheet in that period, and last week scored two goals while being deployed as a central midfielder. He is consequently the most transferred-in player ahead of Gameweek 28.

Sunday

Brighton & Hove Albion v Nottingham Forest (14:00 GMT)

Solly March, Adam Webster and Stefanos Tzimas look to be Brighton's only injury concerns, as Fabian Hurzeler confirmed James Milner only suffered with cramp in the win at Brentford last weekend.

Players out:Brighton - March, Webster, Tzimas Nottingham Forest - TBC

Doubts: Brighton - Ayari

Key FPL notes:

  • In the last six home matches, only four defenders have produced more FPL points than Brighton's Jan Paul van Hecke (£4.4m), with 33.

Head coach Igor Tudor is still without a huge number of first team players though, while captain Cristian Romero is serving a suspension.

Players out:Fulham - TBC Spurs - Odobert, Udogie, Bergvall, Davies, Bentancur, Kudus, Maddison, Kulusevski

Doubts: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • Harry Wilson (£5.9m) has scored six of his eight league goals this season at Craven Cottage, where he is averaging 5.8 points per start.
  • Fulham's Raul Jimenez (£6.1m) converted his 13th successive Premier League penalty in Gameweek 27, giving him the best unblemished record in the division.
  • In the last six Gameweeks, only one midfielder has created more chances (17) than Tottenham's Xavi Simons (£6.5m).

Manchester United v Crystal Palace

Team news to appear here later on Friday.

Players out: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • The 78 chances created by Bruno Fernandes (£9.9m) this season is 27 more than the next-best midfielder, while his 19 big chances created for Manchester United also leads the way.
  • Since returning from the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON), Bryan Mbeumo (£8.7m) has produced attacking returns in five Gameweeks out of six for United, amassing 41 points.
  • New Crystal Palace captain Dean Henderson (£5.0m) marked Gameweek 27 with a penalty save and a clean sheet for his first double-digit haul of the season. He is the second-highest scoring goalkeeper in the game with 109 points.

Arsenal v Chelsea (16:30 GMT)

Team news to appear here later on Friday.

Players out: TBC

Doubts: TBC

Key FPL notes:

  • Arsenal's Jurrien Timber (£6.4m) produced his fifth assist of the season in Gameweek 27 – only three defenders have more. Yet the second-highest scoring defender in the game is the third most transferred-out player ahead of Gameweek 28.

  • Chelsea forward Joao Pedro (£7.7m) has produced 10 attacking returns in his last six matches, amassing 55 points.
