Man Utd's best? Fernandes overtakes outrageous Beckham record 🤯
When you think of Manchester United legends, you always include Sir David Beckham. But now, it's time to add Bruno Fernandes to the conversation.
The Portuguese midfielder proved on Sunday why he deserves to be designated as one of the club's greats after kick-starting a vital comeback against Crystal Palace.
In doing so, Fernandes not only made it 100 assists for the club but also overtook Beckham in an outrageous stat.
He has scored and assisted in 18 different top-flight matches, now only behind Ryan Giggs and Wayne Rooney while wearing red.
Doing it another four times seems likely given his current form, but will Fernandes ever overtake Rooney? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below.

Mason McTavish’s totals don’t pop off the page, but he has produced at a very healthy rate, excluding matchups against top-tier defensive sides.
He is not facing one at home tonight, which is why he headlines my three NHL picks for Sunday, March 1.

Our best NHL player props for Sunday, March 1
Take a look at our best bets and expert analysis below.
Prop #1: Jordan Kyrou Over 2.5 shots
-160 at BET99
Jordan Kyrou has averaged 3.3 shots on goal over his last 10 games, clearing 2.5 shots in nine of them. He did it despite a difficult strength of schedule in which he faced several low-event, structured teams built to limit shots (Dallas x3, Winnipeg, Los Angeles).
He now draws a Minnesota Wild team that ranks dead last in shots and shot attempts allowed over their last 10 games.
They rank 30th in slot shots allowed during that span, which is Kyrou’s primary shooting zone. Kyrou has 3+ shots in 10 of the last 11 against Minnesota, and his success should continue.

Prop #2: Mark Scheifele anytime goal
+155 at BET99
The San Jose Sharks rank 30th in goals allowed, 31st in shot suppression, and only two teams have given up more shots per game to centers.
That bodes well for Mark Scheifele. The veteran pivot leads the Jets in goals, powered by a remarkable 23.3% finishing rate. He doesn’t need many opportunities to score, and he should get plenty in this matchup.
Scheifele has attempted at least five shots in both games since returning from the Olympic break. With more of a shooting mentality, he should break through in San Jose.
- Time: 4:00 p.m. ET
- Where to watch: TSN3, NBCSCA
Prop #3: Mason McTavish Over 0.5 points
-120 at BET99
Excluding opponents who rank in the Top 10 in limiting goals, Mason McTavish has hit the scoresheet in 60% of his games this season. That already strong hit rate soars to 72% when playing on home soil.
He’s been extremely consistent in these spots. Only once since November 1st has McTavish gone back-to-back games without a point against a non-Top-10 defense; never at home.
The Calgary Flames rank 21st in goals allowed per 60 minutes on the road and are in the latter half of a back-to-back. This is a good spot for McTavish to make noise.
- Time: 8:00 p.m. ET
- Where to watch: Victory+, SNW

Arsenal are unchanged from last weekend’s North London derby. Well, if it ain’t broke. Club captain Martin Ødegaard and Ben White miss out altogether.
Chelsea are coming off the back of a disappointing 1-1 home draw with Burnley, and make two changes. One is enforced, with Wesley Fofana suspended; Mamadou Sarr takes his place. Meanwhile Jorrel Hato comes in for Malo Gusto, who drops to the bench.

Weng, described as tough and offensive, made a strong effort in the final kilometers but had to settle for a sprint against Karlsson and Diggins. The Norwegian ultimately proved strongest in the final stretch, claiming the win, while Karlsson finished third and Diggins took second place.
