Reds boast deep starting rotation for 2026 season

The Cincinnati Reds have assembled a robust starting rotation for the 2026 season, featuring a mix of established aces, veteran innings-eaters, and high-upside rookies.

The group is anchored by ace Hunter Greene, supplemented by veteran innings-eater Brady Singer, flamethrower Chase Burns, and command maestro Rhett Lowder. Notably, the entire starting core was developed internally without major external free-agent additions.

However, the team faces the question of who will emerge as the workhorse. While Singer led the club with 169.2 innings last season, teammates Andrew Abbott and Nick Lodolo also recorded career-bests. Despite having the best stuff in baseball, Greene has yet to eclipse the high innings totals of his peers.
