Bowles Hails McMillan’s Return, Sees Bright Future

Tampa Bay head coach Todd Bowles welcomed the return of wide receiver Jalen McMillan after a neck injury, calling him a talented workhorse with a bright future.

McMillan finished his rookie season with seven touchdowns in the team's final five regular‑season games, but a preseason neck injury kept him out of the first 13 games of 2025. He caught 12 passes in the final four games of the season.

Bowles said the player’s return was a positive sign, noting his passion, work ethic and fit in the receiver room. He added that McMillan has “great football ahead” and that the team will benefit from his presence as other receivers like Mike Evans and Chris Godwin remain sidelined.
