RFU to Approve Radical English Rugby Revamp

The Rugby Football Union (RFU) is poised to finalize a significant overhaul of the English rugby structure. The top-tier Premiership will operate independently from the lower tiers of the rugby pyramid, effectively creating a separate competition system.
