Tottenham ban three fans for Nazi salutes in Frankfurt

Tottenham Hotspur has imposed indefinite bans on three supporters following Nazi salutes made during a Champions League match in Germany.

The offensive gestures occurred during Spurs' 2-0 victory over Eintracht Frankfurt in late January. Uefa sanctioned the club with a €30,000 fine and a suspended ban on away ticket sales for one match.

Tottenham condemned the conduct as "utterly abhorrent" and confirmed it fully cooperated with investigations. The club faces a further fine for objects thrown by fans, with their next Champions League clash against Atletico Madrid scheduled for March 10.
