Brentford's Andrews signs deal until 2032

Keith Andrews has extended his contract with Brentford until 2032, just nine months after replacing Thomas Frank as head coach.

The Irishman has guided Brentford to seventh place in the Premier League and European qualification contention in his first season. Andrews previously served as set-piece coach before stepping up to replace Frank in June.

Director of Football Phil Giles praised Andrews as a "really good fit" for the club, with the manager himself acknowledging he had to "earn my stripes" after following Frank's successful seven-year tenure.
