Gibson Returns to NBA at 40 with Grizzlies

Taj Gibson, at 40 years old, has agreed to a deal with the Memphis Grizzlies for his 17th NBA season, bringing his veteran leadership to the team.

According to Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports via ESPN, the 40-year-old Gibson is set to join the Grizzlies after establishing himself as a consummate professional throughout his 16 previous seasons in the league.

The veteran forward/center will provide valuable experience and leadership to Memphis as they continue their season.
