NFLPA 2026 Report Cards Leak: Full Grades Published

The leak came after the NFL won a grievance that stopped the NFLPA from publishing the 2026 report cards to the public, but the arbitrator allowed the union to share the results with players. ESPN's Kalyn Kahler posted the complete list of letter grades for every team.

The survey, completed by 1,759 players between November 2 and December 11, covers 16 topics including treatment of families, locker room, training staff, and new categories such as home game field and coordinators. The grades are available without the accompanying comments that appeared in earlier releases.
