Retired Judge Robert Quall Dominates Tennis at 86

Retired Merced County judge Robert Quall, 86, remains a fierce competitor on the tennis court, recently winning 17 Gold Balls and captaining the U.S. masters team to a Bronze medal.

Quall, who wrapped up a 42-year legal career, now dominates doubles tennis, recently earning the world number one ranking. He has competed in nine masters world cup teams and plans to play in Crete, Greece.

Besides his "bad habit" of drinking Diet Coke, Quall maintains an intense daily regimen of tennis and golf. His partner notes the 86-year-old performs better than most in their 30s, proving he shows no signs of slowing down.
